I begin my initial session by assessing the energy balances in your body.  I ask my clients what they are experiencing physically, emotionally, and mentally to open the channel of communication and trust between the client and myself.  Trust and acceptance are crucial in the energetic balancing process.  I proceed to scan the body for specific energetic depletions by moving my hands over the body’s auric fields to narrow in on the energetic imbalances.  Pranic healing techniques employ a “hands off” approach allowing me to work without physical contact.  In some cases, I am guided to touch an affected area, but will always ask the client for permission to make physical contact before doing so.

Once I complete the assessment, I provide an overall clearing of the energetic fields with a specialized healing crystal.  I proceed to focus on the energetic imbalances and clear them using intuitively guided procedures and positive intention.  My intuitive abilities often allow me to see into the energetic fields through the gift of medical intuition for a confirmation of energetic balancing.  I am often given root cause reasons for the imbalances which I freely share with the client.  My focus is on the client understanding why the imbalance occurred in the first place so that they can avoid repeating the same patterns.

Once the energetic fields are balanced, I seal them in and provide a layer of protection around the client so the energy can settle in.  The full effect of the session usually is felt after a good nights sleep.  When we sleep, our mental energetic body (the ego part of ourselves) is at rest so the light from above can complete its work.  This is much like the light of the sun reaching the leaves of a plant so that it can thrive.  The mental energetic field acts much like a cloud during the day thus preventing the healing light to get through.

At this point in the session, I explain to the client to focus strongly on the acceptance of the energy that was provided and to pay close attention to what their intuition is telling them.  The spiritual channel is open and your body will tell you what it needs to maintain the healing energy.
